Each of our continuing education courses presents a developmental concept through the lens of behavioral terminology. The concept is then explored in depth, incorporating recent relevant research and offering practical recommendations for its application in ABA practice.

About Us

Steffen Wilson, Ph.D., BCBA, LBA

Steffen earned a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology in 1997 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019. She specializes in providing in-home services utilizing natural environment instruction. Drawing on her expertise in developmental psychology, she integrates developmental principles into her ABA practice, which served as the foundation for creating this continuing education website.

Allison Wyles, M.S., M.A., CCLS, BCBA

Allison completed her child life certification and M.S. in Child life from Texas Woman's University in 2019, and she worked as a Certified Child Life Specialist supporting parents and their families in the hospital setting.  She earned a M.A. in Special Education in 2023 and a BCBA in 2024. She currently works in both home and community-based ABA settings. She would like to one day bring child life specialists into ABA practice.
